		CENTRALIZED INTAKE : 204 - 958 - 9660
		Anyone can make a referral to MATC through the Centralized Intake office. This includes any young person, parents, family members or professionals who work with the young person. If you are not sure whether MATC is the best place for you or someone you know, you are welcome to phone and discuss this with us.
		What happens next?
		When you call, you will be asked: your name and relationship to the youth age of the youth the reason why help is being requested The Intake Worker will ask for other information over the phone to help you determine what service is best for you.
				Centralized Intake or MATC do not offer emergency services. Any young person at immediate risk of self-harming or harming others should be directed to MOBILE CRISIS TEAM (204) 949-4777 or EMERGENCY 911
